Shipping policy

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is £4.50 (2-5 working days approx.)

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD courier) is £7.95 (1-2 working days approx.)

Order Processing

We aim to process both Express & Standard orders on the same day as the order is received or the next morning (depending on the time of day that the order is received). If we are particularly busy, Express orders will be prioritised.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves us which will contain a tracking code to track your parcel.  If for any reason your parcel doesn't arrive with you when expected, please do contact us.

Named Day Delivery

We don't currently have an automatic system for you to choose a named delivery day.  However, we do offer you the option for us to add a sticker to the outside of your parcel which states: 'To be Opened On.................' So if your gift is for a special day, don't worry, your recipient will know when to open it.

If you would like us to delay delivery to nearer the time of your special occasion, please just get in touch with us at hello@byfoke.com  with your order number and we will make sure we deliver your parcel on the right day!

Packaging

We have consciously sourced our packaging to have as small an environmental impact as possible, whilst still protecting our gifts and providing you with a beautiful opening experience.  Our packaging is completely plastic free and all elements are re-usable and either recyclable or compostable.

Shipping outside the UK

We have temporarily paused shipping to the EU due to the new GPSR rules that came into effect at the end of 2024. We are looking into our options to get this service restored in the future.

European Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked International) is £15.00 (3-7 working days approx.) - PAUSED

Rest of World Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked International) is £25.00 (7-10 working days approx.)

Please note that you or your recipient may be responsible for extra charges including; VAT, clearance fees and custom duties for orders sent outside of the UK. byFoke will not be responsible for these charges. Please see the information below taken from the Royal Mail website.

Since 1 July 2021, most goods to the EU (including gifts) are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee. The taxes and duties applied depend on the individual contents of the parcel, the weight and the value. The thresholds applicable within the EU are as follows:

• Goods up to €150 may be subject to VAT and a clearance fee.
• Gifts with a value over €45 will be subject to VAT and a clearance fee.
• Goods and gifts above €150 may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee.
