Can I include a gift message?
Yes you can add a personal message. We will hand write your message on one of our illustrated notecards and include it in your gift box.
If you are buying a 'Ready Made' Gift Box please tick the box on the Product Page that says "Add your gift message" Then you will see boxes appear for you to fill in with your message.
If you are buying a 'Create Your Own' Gift Box please fill in the gift message boxes on the page where you choose your gift box. You can then continue to add your products to your box.
Your message will be hand-written on an A6 postcard, so please bear that in mind when you are deciding how long to make your message.
Will my order arrive in a gift box?
If you order a 'Ready Made' Gift Box then it will arrive beautifully boxed in one of our byFoke gift boxes, wrapped in ribbon and with a hand written card.
If you order a 'Create Your Own' Gift Box, you will need to choose your gift box and add it to your cart with your other gifting items, we will then beautifully box everything in one of our byFoke gift boxes, wrap it in ribbon and and include your message on a hand written card.
If you just order products from our 'Create Your Own' collection without adding a gift box then these items will arrive without a gift box. They will still be lovingly and carefully packed before shipping.
Will my gift box arrive packed as it looks in your photo’s?
Yes, absolutely, we pride ourselves on the fact that we lovingly pack each and every gift box to look exactly as it does in the photo. Create Your Own Gifts will also be packed to look as good as our Ready Made Gift Boxes. The only addition will be that fragile items, such as glass and ceramics may be wrapped in an extra layer of tissue paper for protection whilst shipping.
I would like to order lots of items to go in different gift boxes, is that possible?
Absolutely, just select the number of 'Create Your Own' gift boxes that you need and add them to the cart. When you are writing your gift messages, please also include a note as to which items you need in each box. Select all of the items that you would like to buy and add to the cart. There is also another opportunity to leave us further instructions on the view cart page. We will package each box as instructed and leave a note on the outside of each box so that you know which is which.
Do I have to pay extra for the gift box?
Yes, we do charge a small fee for our gift boxes. This covers the cost of the luxury archive boxes, tissue paper, ribbon, notecards and packing material. You can choose from our standard Luxury Archive Gift Box or our Wrapped Lid Luxury Archive Gift Box.
Can I order multiple gift boxes to go to multiple addresses in one order?
At the moment, we would need you to place a different order for each address as our site doesn’t currently have the functionality to calculate shipping for more than one address. We will be looking to add this function as the business grows in the future.
Are your gift boxes sustainable?
Yes, sustainability is at the heart of our business and we have worked hard to design our packaging to be fully sustainable, reusable, recyclable, compostable and plastic free. We also work with our small independent suppliers to make sure that their products are made with sustainability in mind too. Do you accept returns?
Absolutely, we want you and/or your recipient to be delighted with whatever you have bought from us. If for any reason it turns out to be not what you wanted, please do let us know. For full details of how to return something to us please view our Returns Policy.
