Can I include a gift message?

Yes you can add a message for us to hand-write on a card and include in your gift box. The box to add your message can be found on the View Cart Page.

Where do I write my gift message?

Click on the Cart at the top right hand side of your screen and this will bring up the View Cart Page. There you will find a box to write your gift message. Your message will be hand-written on an A6 postcard, so please bear that in mind when you are deciding how long to make your message.

Will my order arrive in a gift box?

Yes, everything you order from us, whether it is one of our pre-curated gift edits or a create your own gift, will arrive beautifully boxed in one of our byFoke gift boxes, wrapped in ribbon and with a hand written card.

Will my gift box arrive packed as it looks in your photo’s?

Yes, absolutely, we pride ourselves on the fact that we lovingly pack each and every gift box to look exactly as it does in the photo. Create Your Own Gifts will also be packed to look as good as the Gift Edits. The only addition will be that fragile items, such as glass and ceramics may be wrapped in an extra layer of tissue paper for protection whilst shipping.

I would like to order lots of items to go in different gift boxes, is that possible?

Absolutely, select all of the items that you would like and just leave us instructions as to how you would like them boxed in the gift message box, you can also add separate gift messages there too, just make sure it is clear which message goes with which gift.

Do I have to pay extra for the gift box?

No, all of our gift boxes, ribbons and cards are complimentary - all part of the service :)

Can I order multiple gift boxes to go to multiple addresses in one order?

At the moment, we would need you to place a different order for each address as our site doesn’t currently have the functionality to calculate shipping for more than one address. We will be looking to add this function as the business grows in the future.

Are your gift boxes sustainable?

Yes, sustainability is at the heart of our business and we have worked hard to design our packaging to be fully sustainable, reusable, recyclable, compostable and plastic free. We also work with our small independent suppliers to make sure that their products are made with sustainability in mind too. Do you accept returns?

Absolutely, we want you and/or your recipient to be delighted with whatever you have bought from us. If for any reason it turns out to be not what you wanted, please do let us know. For full details of how to return something to us please view our Returns Policy.
